What is included?
1. Opening ceremony : We will join on the 5/5 portal to set our group intentions and open the energy of the container. Monday, May 5th at 19hrs Amsterdam time zone.
2. Weekly live healing sessions with Jessica : We will meet online via Zoom every Thursday from May 15th. If you can't make it live, you will have access to the replay. Classes are for about 1.5 hours.
Classes are online, usually on Thursdays at 19:00hrs Amsterdam (Except for the opening ceremony). The first healing class will take place on May 15th.
3. Group heart call support: This session is to check on everyone as a group to see how your journey is going. If there are any questions, you will have time to ask for Jessica's guidance. Session on Thursday, June 12th.
4. Community Facebook Group : You will be part of an online group where everyone can share their insights, their challenges and support each other. You won't be alone in this process.
5. Online Membership Portal : You will have access to additional practices, meditations, and the replay of your classes inside your membership portal - lifetime access.
6. Closing ceremony : In this session we will close the group energy with a closing ceremony, share your last experiences and integrate all of what you have received in the program. Session on Thursday, July 24th

The heart healing temple is divided in 3 portals of healing: 3 sacred portals: I was - I AM - I am becoming. In the sessions, you can expect to work with the Christ Consciousness, galactic and elemental beings.

Opening ceremony with initiation into the Violet Flame
Starting by getting to know each other, setting your intentions for the program, exploring your goals, your challenges, and starting preparing your body to receive high vibrational frequencies for healing and activation of your energy field. Healing any resistance that your body may be feeling about going deeper into the healing journey in this program.
PORTAL 1: I WAS :
Healing Session 1: Healing the mother wound: Your mother is the first role model that taught you how to receive love. The mother wound tends to be about a lack of emotional safety, which prevents us from learning how to self-soothe and regulate our emotions. In this first healing session, we dive deeper into the wounds that have originated since you were born, addressing the past where there was lack of love, over control, lack of support, etc. to release those emotions with forgiveness. We also dive into your akashic records if there is a lifetime that is affecting you now. In this session you will receive the healing of Mother Mary.
Healing Session 2: Healing the father wound: Your father is the first role model that taught you how to GIVE love. The father's wound impacts self-image, worthiness, self-confidence and a sense of independence. In this second healing session, we start by addressing the past where there was a lack of love or support of the masculine to release those emotions with forgiveness, and start building more confidence. We also dive into your akashic records if there is a lifetime that is affecting you now. In this session you will receive the healing of Yeshua.
Healing Session 3: Healing the fear of rejection: People with the rejection wound may be distant, not emotionally tuned in, and sensitive to criticism. In this session you will heal and accept that you are not perfect. The goal is to stop running away from certain situations and face the fear of rejection. Dare to take your place and assert yourself. The healing will be done in past lifetimes and inner child. Goddess Isis will lead this session.
PORTAL 2: I AM:
Healing Session 4: Healing the betrayal wound: Betrayal trauma occurs when someone we trust, such as a partner, friend, or family member, violates our trust in a significant way. This betrayal can take various forms, including infidelity, deception, or abandonment.
Understanding that we are not perfect, we all make mistakes. In this session you will be working on clearing shame, guilt, of hurting others and forgiving those who betrayed you. Healing the need of be in control of situations or people.
Healing Session 5: Healing the abandonment wound: This is a rose awakening healing session leaded by Mary Magdalene to anchor the next levels of heart codes, through the power of the rose. Bring a rose with you to connect and activate it. Nurturing the heart space, healing the abandonment wounds that may still be there in you. Her powerful rose is a sacred tool for empowerment, love and trust in the universe and God.
Healing Session 6: Healing the worthiness wound: A worthiness wound is a deeply held belief that we are in some way inadequate, less than, or broken. Its origins lie deep in our childhood, past lifetimes or ancestors, where we were likely made to feel inadequate and unworthy. In this session you will release the negative talk that you have been expressing to yourself. This session will bring acceptance, love and compassion.
PORTAL 3: I AM BECOMING :
Healing Session 7: Healing the fear of speaking your truth, releasing fears of sharing your voice with others, we dive into past lifetimes and your inner child wounds to explore and release what is holding you back from not communicating your needs, and this is not about speaking up only but to speak from a place of love, without being triggered by what others may say or think. Honoring your true self
Healing Session 8: Healing joy in the heart this session is to call forward joy, taking life less seriously, this is about embracing with love every side of you. Reconciliating with the joy in your life, with pleasure, with what is important. Celebrating everything that you have accomplished in the program, how powerful you are meant to be living and a gratitude practice to open the heart.
Healing Session 9: Integrating 5D love and acceptance: Feeling divinely worthy with the 5D Heart Codes healing and activations. this last session you will heal and activate deeper the energies of the masculine and feminine within to allow you to express self-confidence, love and understanding that there is only hope and faith in your spiritual journey by the hand of the Christ consciousness master Yeshua and Mary Magdalene as divine roles of spirit in human bodies.
Heart group support Call
This is a mentoring support session with Jessica to see how your journey is going. You can ask questions and share your wins and/or worries about your particular journey.
Closing ceremony and integration
in this last session you will share your wins with the program, we will close energetically the container. You will experience frequencies to anchor all the transmissions, learn how your thoughts are magnetic and powerful and the many blessings our guides in this journey want to offer.
